"Worst insurance I have ever been with , insurance goes up 40$ every other month , can’t ever get ahold of them because you can’t talk to the company you have to talk to whatever agent you signed up with .. and when they NEVER answer the phone you can never get anything done … always have a problem with my auto payment they always blame my bank then my bank says it’s State Farm’s system .. company is a joke taking advantage of drivers with insane high prices and trust me may look cheap now way till next bill and the next one"

"I was with Dean Mcconville state farm car insurance in North Port FL, for some years, but there customer service got to the very bottom, nobody returned my phone calls for a year. And I made up my mind to, no matter what, I will consented on customer service before I will make a decision about our car insurance. I did called Jabin Niles state farm in Port Charlotte FL, and then I choose to stop by and look . I could not believe how good the customer service there, THANK YOU!!!! Stay that way for many years!!!!!"

"They have my policy all screwed up. Been with them for years and ever since Jason left, I can't get reliable service. Currently my policy is late because the agents their added my car wrong and it's been over 2 or 3 weeks and still not corrected. When I ask to speak to Jabin Niles they refuse to put him on and say they can handle the issue"
